The Feng Shui Consultation deposit is refundable before Tracey conducts the Teams (or FaceTime) virtual consultation with you. If you speak with Tracey and then cancel, the deposit is non-refundable because Tracey has already reserved one hour of her time speaking with you.
From the date of purchase you have one year to redeem your session. If you do not redeem within that one-year period and wish to schedule a new session, a new purchase for a Feng Shui Consultation is required.
