Your Feng Shui Consultation deposit is refundable if the interview phone call was never conducted. However, if Tracey conducted the interview phone call with you, the deposit is non-refundable because Tracey has already reserved one hour of her time to speak with you.
From the date of purchase you have one year to redeem. If you do not redeem within that one-year period and wish schedule a new consultation, a new deposit/purchase is required.
